Online credit card payment.


Product Ordering and Payments

Payments are made in £ Sterling (unless otherwise specified) using any of the cards detailed on this sight. Once you have completed your selections you will be automatically transferred to the WorldPay secure service to allow the payment to be processed and acknowledged.

Credit Card Security: Our Internet credit card processing is administered through WorldPay, a world leading online, real-time payment service provider. This means that your card details are securely managed and processed with the absolute minimum risk to credit card security.

Trade Safety shall retain legal title to the products until all payment has been made in full by the Customer.

Orders received after 6 pm on weekdays or any time at weekends or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If any items is out of stock it will be back ordered for you. You will be given the option, by emailing of cancelling the item if you do not wish to wait.

We reserve the right to refuse any order (in full or part) or to make further enquiries from the customer before an order is placed.

As a customer you are entitled, by law to a 7 day cooling off period which will begin from the date of receipt of the goods. During this period you are entitled to cancel the order and return the products to us for a full credit providing that the items are in an unused condition. Any costs incurred in the return of the item(s) will be borne by the customer.

Delivery

All products will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If for any reason we cannot dispatch an item(s) to you within 14 days of your order will be notify you by email, at which time you will be given the option to cancel the order and receive a refund in full.

Trade Safety cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturer, Delivery Company or any other third party.

To ensure best value for money each product delivery cost is based on size and weight. For example Safety signs, when ordered separately, will be despatched by 2nd class post.

Orders weighing between 1KG and 10KG will be dispatched for next working day delivery at a cost of £11.50.

Orders weighing between 10KG and 20KG will be dispatched for next working day delivery at a cost of £14.20.

Heavier orders will be charged at £14.20 plus 35p per Kilo over 20KG and will be sent on a three day delivery.

Deliveries on Saturdays may be made an additional charge subject to availability. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the North of Scotland will incur an additional charge of £15.00. Deliveries to the Channel Irelands, Republic of Ireland and other offshore destinations will incur an additional charge of £20.00. Service coverage limitations exist for some areas for next day deliveries.
All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, Public or Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
All Parcels will require a signature and will not be delivered without one. If, after two failed attempts, a delivery cannot be made, a charge will be levied for each further attempt.

We ship our larger orders via Business Post and can provide all our customers with a delivery service with real time order tracking.

Returns

Damaged/Incorrect or missing goods must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of delivery. Replacement products or refunds will be made following inspection of the returned goods.

Guarantee

All of our products are sold in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's guarantee. The guarantees will not include failure to work or damage due to accidental damage or misuse of the product or neglect.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have any cause to complain you should contact Trade Safety by email to enquiries@tradesafety.co.uk. Trade Safety agrees to reply to any complaints promptly and in a fair manner. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to resolve any complaints or issues within 21 days.
